*Offer valid for residential customers in Texas only. Free nights last from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Provisioned smart meter required. Certain eligibility requirements, fees, taxes, terms and conditions apply. A base charge of $4.95/month is included in the average price for this plan, as well as other recurring charges, excluding state and local sales taxes and Miscellaneous Gross Receipts Tax Reimbursement. TDSP charges are passed through without markup. The fixed price may vary from the disclosed amount solely to reflect actual changes in TDU charges, changes to the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) or Texas Regional Entity, Inc. administrative fees charged to loads or changes resulting from federal, state or local laws that impose new or modified fees or costs on Shell Energy Solutions that are beyond Our control. Savings will vary based on time of use. A $20 early termination fee per month will be charged for termination of service prior to the end of the contract term. The early termination fee will not apply if you move and provide reasonable evidence of relocation. Please see the contract documents for more information and other applicable fees for this plan.
